| Warranty | This is the best nonstick ceramic coated wok I’ve ever had. I’ve got the ozeri 12″ wok and so does my sister. She got hers over 8 years ago and I got mine 14 months ago. We both cook on them all the time. Both are as good as new. Never had to “reseason” them or do anything other than wash it. You can see the use on the bottom of my wok…it gets used a lot. You MUST follow the guidelines. Never rinse this with water right after use. Something weird happens when you take it from heat and shock it with water. Your hot water is maybe 120 degrees when fully hot, and taking this off the stove it could be anywhere from 200-400+ degrees. Let it cool to room temperature before rinsing/washing it. I’ve never used spray cooking oil. I primarily cook with avocado, coconut, and sesame oils. I also use a lot of oil because that’s how I like to cook.
