Then put the lid on to keep the gravy warm for the people that might want second helpings. My husband removed the lid and got his second helping, but when we were cleaning up, I went to put the lid on, so I could put it in the refrigerator, and it would not fit. If I pushed the lid down, it would fit the pot and then pop up. Since it was still warm, I forced the lid down and sat a 5 lb. bag of flour on it. I thought when it was completely cooled, everything would fit. But it did not. Took the flour off and the lid popped back up. A very expensive piece of junk! |
